How do I send my original photos and negatives?

Simply package up your photos and/or negatives, and send to us via courier of your choice. The shipping address, and instructions on how to pack your originals, will be shared with you in the checkout confirmation email you receive after completing your purchase.

Will you return my original photos and/or negatives?

Yes, these will be safely packed and returned to you via courier. The cost of this shipping is automatically included at checkout when you’ve placed your order. Please ensure you give us the correct address when you check out.

Can I have my old black and white photos scanned?

Yes, we offer high-quality scanning services for all your cherished old photographs. We can even add colour to them at a small additional cost per scan. Add the number of enhancements to your cart and we’ll do the rest.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Instant EFT, and other popular South African mobile payment options. We also accept PayPal payments.

Is there a minimum order size?

No minimum order is required; We can scan as few or as many photos as you like. All you do is select the number of scans, pay for them and then send them to us.

What are your delivery times?

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered across South Africa.
